When and where?
Geomob Cologne will take place from 18:00 on Wednesday the 28th of October, 2026.
We will meet at the Institute of Geography of the University of Cologne. The room “Seminarraum 3” is located in the building
Otto-Fischer-Straße 4 (Geographie/Südbau, building no. 303)
Find it on OSM, Google Maps, or the uni’s own UoCMaps.
Our location is literally opposite of the Köln Süd train station, making it very conveniently accessible not only for locals (tram line 9) but also for our geofriends from Bonn!
And it’s also very convenient for our geobeers after the talks, for which we will literally step around the corner and find ourselves on Cologne’s famous bar street Zülpicher Straße for a drink or two, generously paid for by the sponsors. (That being said, we’re looking for further sponsors!)
Registration
If you would like to attend, please make sure to register using the green button on the right or below on mobile! (We need to be very strict about attendance numbers due to university fire regulations.)
